Jessica ORECK is an American filmmaker whose works invite viewers to question their relationship with the natural world. Her first film, Beetle Queen Conquers Tokyo (2009), won Best Artistic Vision at the CineVegas International Film Festival 2009. And The Vanquishing of the Witch Baba Yaga that all focus on ethnobiology. She considers her second home the American Museum of Natural History where she sometimes works as a live animal keeper and docent.
