Roads Of Kiarostami
  • Retrospective SIEFF
Program Note “The road. It flows over barren fields like a wrinkle holding the marks of time. It keeps its own place alongside the snow that covers the cold winter world and the solitary winter tree. And human time passes over it. Although the road is stopped, it never stops. That is where the nature, environment, life repeat their meeting and parting.” The film was screened at the 2nd SIEFF with the participation of direct production by the festival. We celebrate and remember the collaboration with the world-renowned master with this encore screening in the 20th SIEFF.
