Program Note Türkiye as one of the largest Mediterranean resort rich of ancient cultural heritage is ravaged by the waste tourists are leaving behind. Fishing boats are flooded with trash, while fishnets hold broken glass bottles, plastic pieces and bags instead of the regular catch. Things get more serious deep in the ocean. This film examines the cause of sea pollution and its current state with the help of local fishermen and scientists as it warns that this human-made disaster will come back to haunt us.
