| Synopsis | In the Mexican state of Michoacán, Dr. Jose MIRELES, a small-town physician known as ‘El Doctor’, leads the Autodefensas, a citizen uprising against the violent Knights Templar drug cartel that has wreaked havoc on the region for years.
