Special Screening: Barrier Free Version

To take off as a festival free from all boundaries by offering a circumstance where more audiences can enjoy environmental films, SIEFF decided to screen barrier-free films and produced five barrier-free films with collaboration of Siloam Center for The Blind.  We plan to keep working on production and distribution of barrier free films at various levels.
