Online Reservation is currently unavailable to foreigners. Our sincere apologizes for the inconvenience, please pick up the tickets either through e-mail reservation of by visiting the ticket office during the festival period.

|How to Reserve||Please download the booking form and fill out the form with the film title, code number, screening date, theater information and your information (name, contact number).
Send the booking form by e-mail. We send the confirm e-mail to you. Please check the e-mail one more time.
|How to Collect||Admission tickets will be made available at the ticket booth after checking personal information. Please take your booking form.
It will be made available to take tickets until the film screening you’ve booked.

Partial cancellation is possible.
Tickets issued after an online reservation can only be canceled at the on-site ticket office. (Tickets must be presented.)
Tickets issued with badges and ticket exchanges cannot be canceled or refunded.
Tickets cannot be reissued or cancelled based on personal circumstances (e.g., lost tickets, damaged tickets, traffic delays, going to the wrong theater, mistaking a theater or screening time, etc.).
Screenings begin on time, in principle, and entrance may be restricted 10 minutes after a screening begins.
Entrance to theaters will be limited according to ratings. Children under the age of four will not be permitted to enter. Those under 18 will not be allowed into R-rated films, even when accompanied by a guardian or if already holding a ticket.
Bringing in and/or ingesting food into the theater is only possible if multiple containers are used.
Taking photographs and videos is not allowed during the screenings.
